Existen dos formas básicas de crear el futuro en Inglés. La primera es utilizar la palabra "will" delante del verbo en infinitivo, por ejemplo "I will run", que significa "Yo correré". La segunda es colocar "going to" seguido, al igual que en "will", del verbo en infinitivo, pero además se debe colocar delante de "going to" el verbo "to be" conjugado, por ejemplo "I am going to run", que sería "Yo voy a correr". El primer caso es generalmente utilizado cuando es una acción que se decide en el momento y promesas, mientras que el segundo está más relacionado a planes e intenciones.
B: These bags are heavy (Estas bolsas son pesadas)
A: I will help you (Te ayudaré)
C: I am going to buy food tomorrow (Compraré alimento mañana)
Para la negación simplemente se agrega la palabra "not". En el caso de "will" se coloca delante ("I will not help you") y en "going to" detràs ("I am 'not' going to").
Will puede ser abreviado como 'll. I'll help you.

he'll - he will
we'll - we will
they'll - they will
Will not se abrevia como won't. I won't help you
shall auxilia al verbo para indicar el futuro. Esta forma se utiliza generalmente para las primeras personas, singular y plural (Yo, Nosotros)

Se utiliza 'a.m.' y 'p.m.' en un lenguaje más formal y normalmente escrito.

Es más normal decir: 'In the morning', 'In the afternoon', 'In the evening', 'At night'
o'clock es una contracción antigua que significa 'of the clock' (del reloj). El empleo actual equivale al español 'en punto' (seven o'clock = siete en punto).
o'clock = 'en punto',a quarter past... = 'y cuarto'
half past... = 'y media',a quarter to... = 'menos cuarto'
12:00 = midday
24:00 = midnight
En punto se dice: o'clock
Y cuarto se dice: quarter past
Menos cuarto se dice:quarter to
y media se dice: half past
Y cinco,y diez, y veinte, e y venticinco se dicen:
five past,ten past,twenty past,twenty-five past
Menos cinco,menos diez,menos veinte y menos veinty cinco se dicen:

Si los minutos no terminan en cinco o en cero hay que decir minutes
